Ward Thomas - Painted Legacy

After the sudden passing of Ward Thomas's uncle Richard last summer to a heart attack. the girls created Painted Legacy inspired by his writings about the legacy you leave behind when you die. The song is written from the perspective of all four of his kids, (all of which are now parents of their own) and how they will keep his legacy alive by being the best parents they can be, like he was to them. Since Richard was creating his writings, we decided to use a typewriter along with hand-drawn illustrations alongside the lyrics to animate the track.
